Requirement：
- College degree. 大專以上學(xué)歷
- Majored in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering. 機(jī)械、電子或制造工程專業(yè)。
- CET 4 or above, fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills) CET4. 或者更高，聽說讀寫熟練。
- Strong engineering discipline and problem solving skills. 良好的工程工作理念和問題解決能力。
- 3 years working experience in Automotive Industrial. 三年汽車制造行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- APQP，PPAP and TS16949 experience. 有APQP，PPAP and TS16949. 經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
- LEAN manufacturing implementation experience. 有精益生產(chǎn)實(shí)施經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

Desired Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of automotive sensor and switch design experience; 至少3年汽車傳感器和開關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
- Knowledge and relevant experience on non-contact speed sensor technology preferred; 有非接觸式速度傳感器技術(shù)知識及相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)；

Job Responsibilities:
- Work with home divisions to design new products per customer specifications, communicate with customer for new design proposal if required. 協(xié)同總部工程師根據(jù)客戶規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)新產(chǎn)品；如有必要，將主導(dǎo)和客戶溝通新的設(shè)計(jì)建議。
- Generate and maintain engineering product specifications, product and component drawings. 制定并維護(hù)產(chǎn)品工程規(guī)范，產(chǎn)品和零件的圖紙。
- Coordinate with other departments to build prototypes. 協(xié)調(diào)其他部門制造生產(chǎn)樣件。
- Coordinate validation for new design. 協(xié)調(diào)新設(shè)計(jì)的驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn)。
- Generate and maintain bill of material. 制定并維護(hù)相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的物料清單。
- Assist product cost analysis. 協(xié)助產(chǎn)品的成本分析。
- Manage ECN process in Stoneridge Suzhou. 管理公司的工程變更過程。
- Provide product knowledge support for quality, manufacturing, etc. 對相關(guān)質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)等問題提供產(chǎn)品技術(shù)支持。
- Work with purchasing group to qualify new component vendors, develop technique agreement for sourced and manufactured products. 與采購部合作，對新供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行質(zhì)量認(rèn)證；為確定的產(chǎn)品制定技術(shù)評審。
