職位要求：
1. 大專(zhuān)以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械或機(jī)電類(lèi)專(zhuān)業(yè)；
2. 三年以上工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有建材，五金，家具行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮；

5. 熟悉QC 七大手法和生產(chǎn)流程監(jiān)控，了解SPC、FMEA、APQP, 8D等
6. 必須能熟練使用制圖軟件工具繪圖，如AUTOCAD, PRO-E, Solidworks 等軟件，熟悉各種的檢測(cè)工具；
7. CET4以上，英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)流利；
8. 有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力，善于溝通；
9. 有較強(qiáng)的工作熱情和責(zé)任心，具有良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神，性格外向開(kāi)朗，能在壓力下工作;

職位描述：
1. 根據(jù)客戶要求及相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)編寫(xiě)產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書(shū)及相關(guān)的操作說(shuō)明, 制作WI, APQP, FMEA等質(zhì)量表格；
2. 負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的檢驗(yàn)，包括樣品檢驗(yàn)、生產(chǎn)過(guò)程控制，出貨檢驗(yàn)，貨柜監(jiān)裝等并完成英文報(bào)告；
3. 給予采購(gòu)部及跟單部足夠的技術(shù)支持，完成相應(yīng)的質(zhì)量控制工作；
4. 協(xié)助品質(zhì)經(jīng)理對(duì)過(guò)程質(zhì)量控制、供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理等方面的工作;
5. 追蹤糾正預(yù)防措施執(zhí)行情況；

The ideal candidate is required to provide evidence of -
？ Bachelor degree in Mechanical Electronic / Electric Engineer or equivalent.
？ Above 3 years of quality job experience in field of construction material, hardware and furniture;
？ Familiar with ISO9000, ISO/TS16949, internal auditor qualification required;
？ Good knowledge of National Standard GB5237 preferred.
？ Skilled in using quality tools with knowledge of SPC, FMEA, APQP, 8D etc.
？ Capable of making drawing by software AUTOCAD, PRO-E, Solidworks etc is must;
？ Good command of written and oral English.
？ Good team player and quick learner.
？ Good command of MS office software.
？ Be able to travel and work together with suppliers.
？ Self-discipline.
？ Willing to travel often.

Responsibilities:
？ Draft Product Specification, WI, APQP, FMEA according to customer requirement and related standard;
？ Perform factory audit, DPI (During Production Inspection) and PSI (Pre-shipment Inspection)
？ Technical and quality support to sourcing and scheduling department;
？ Assist QA manager to accomplish department objects.
？ Follow up Corrective and Preventive Action Plan.
