崗位職責：
1、負責項目的實施規劃并組織實施，包括項目的實施計劃、組織協調、方案設計、用戶培訓及與客戶的溝通、協調；
2、組織并管理項目實施團隊，合理、公平分派實施任務；
3、及時決策實施方案、資源調配、進度計劃安排、設計變更等問題，履行合同義務，監督合同執行，處理合同變更；
4、依據合同內容對外包項目的進行跟蹤、管理；
5、在項目實施計劃的約束下，協調項目組相關資源，完成項目實施相關工作；
6、和客戶方對接人員維護良好的客戶關系。

2、Organization and management of the project implementation team, distribution implemented task reasonable and equitable.
3、Embodiments decisions, resource allocation, scheduling arrangements, design changes and other issues timely, to fulfill contractual obligations, monitor execution of the contract, and process contract changes.
4、To track and manage outsourcing projects according to the contract.
5、To coordinate the project team resources and complete the related work under the constraints of the project implementation plan.
6、To maintain good customer relations with client.
任職要求：
1、計算機或地理信息相關專業，本科以上學歷；
2、熟悉信息系統集成項目實施流程，2年以上現場實施及項目管理經驗，有GIS研發/二次開發經驗；
3、具有高度的客戶服務意識，良好的協調、溝通、組織能力，可以得到客戶認同。
4、具有較強的獨立工作和解決問題的能力，以及較強的貫徹及執行能力；
5、熟悉Oracle或SQL Server數據庫應用；
6、能夠適應中長期出差的工作需要；
7、熟悉農業或智慧城市行業；
8、具有系統集成相關證書者優先。
1、Bachelor degree or above, majored in GIS, Computer or related.
2、Familiar with the information systems integration project implementation process, more than one years on-site implementation and project management experience, secondary developemnt of GIS.
3、Being a high degree of customer service awareness, good coordination, communication, organizational skills, and be able to get customer’s acceptance.
4、Has a strong ability to work and solve problem independently, and the ability to implement and enforce task.
5、Familiar with database application of Oracle or SQL Server.
6、Able to adapt to mid-long-term business trip.
7、With a system integration project management engineer is preferred.
