Job Overview:
Responsible for managing all logistics operation activities of warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
-Supervise schedule and follow-up of the operations activities
-Organize within the warehouse the roles and load sharing
-Adapt and optimize the means and resources
-Animate and coordinate the actions of safety prevention (assets and persons)
-Follow-up of activities reporting (dashboard, KPI, statistics)
-Create and use cost control tools
-Quality sense: implement in the daily work a constant quality mechanism, and verify systematically the performance
Team Management
-Ensures the proper administration and staff management (training, monitoring, promotion, development, security, ...)
-Create the polyvalence grill standard, and measure the team polyvalence level
-Training plan of the team, in order to increase the polyvalence
-Appreciate/Evaluate the skills and performance of team members
-Spark expression, ideas, suggestions from the team
-Transfer the necessary information to the team in order to complete their missions
Expected Performances:
-Logistics performance (cost, quality, safety)
-Relationships Quality with subcontractors and partners
-Proposal capacity for the continuous improvement of perimeter LOG
-Implementation and monitoring of GEFCO Project
Requirement:
-College Above
-8 years of relevant working experience in warehousing operation
-At least 5 year in a supervisory role
-Rich experience on warehouse operation knowledge.
-Familiar with computer application software(word, excel, PPT)
-Effective verbal and written English skill
-Strong interpersonal skill
