ESSENTIAL DUTIES - Prepare MB/L confirmation/ BL combination/ Seaway instruction to carrier before vessel departure, - Send HB/L draft to shipper for confirm within two days before vessel departure, and revise the data in system according to shipper's instruction, - Check for on-board status, inform C/S for shpt delay/offload if any, - issue invoice to client/overseas agent and make cost reserve in system according to audit form on the shpt on board date, send original invoice/copy of invoice to client for payment whenever available, - Send pre-alert& relevant shipping docs to overseas agent timely, - Release HB/L to client against payment, - Maintain the good relationship with clients and agents, - maintain the good service quality, REQURIEMENTS: - College graduate or above - Good English skill, CET-4 or above - Good computer skill (MS office software) - Good interpersonal and communication skill - Good initiative& team work, can work under pressure - Working experience in related field is preferred 聯系電話：021-61601888*7088（許小姐）
