1.Provide engineering solution of new request and promote existing product line to customer. Provide professional application technology on site support.

5. Handle EC ( engineering change ) independently ( 獨立處理工程變更)

6. Provide product engineering support to production departments, product line managers and sales team.( 提供產品工程技術支持給生產部門，產品線經理及銷售團隊)

7. Support QA to handle customer complaint due to product design issue (協助QA處理由于產品設計導致的客戶投訴)

8. Lead and coach product engineers and product designers ( 領導并指導產品工程師和產品繪圖員)



崗位要求：

Bachelor’s degree of Mechanical engineering or related

（電子，機械工程或相關專業的本科學歷）



EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: 工作經驗和所需知識:

1. At least 7 years work experience on connector design and manufacturing experience

（7年以上的連接器設計和制造經驗）

2. Give priority to person who has SI foundational knowledge, familiar with PCIe , Jedec, Gen Z spec

具有信號完整性基礎知識，熟悉PCIe, JedeC, GenZ等行業規格者優先。

3. Rich knowledge in engineering drawing and specification

4. Familiar with new product development & design procedure
