EE&SI Engineer / Expert
Main Responsibilities & Key Tasks:
1. High speed PCB and PCBA design ,simulation ,verification;
2. SI simulation of connector and PCB for new product development;
3. SI performance/EMI failure analysis and improvement;
4. Committee information research and collection technical trends analysis for new product development;
5. Other tasks assinged by superior.
Qualification and Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above, electronics/electrical/mechanical majors.
2. Understand signal integrity parameters and evaluate trade-offs between design parameters to determine an optimum solution specification range
3. 3~12 years working experience ,at least three years of high speed product and PCB/PCBA design and development ,SI simulation and hardware debugging experience
4. Familiar with TDRs, VNAs, CST,PADS etc.
5. Proven result driven performances and able to work independently under Pressure
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills ,good command of English skills both in written and oral
